A. When can you get the price? 
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. Kindly note that if your inquiry is with more details then the price we quote will be more accurate. 

B. How can you get a sample to check our quality? 
1. After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. 
2. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight. 
3. If you need printed samples, we will charge $50-$100 to cover the cost on film. 

C. What kind of files do we accept for printing? 
AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, high resolution JPG

D. How long can you expect to get the sample? 
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account. 


E. Can we do the design for you? 
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation. 


F. What about the lead time for mass production? 
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering 20, 000 gift boxes within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country. 

G. What is our terms of delivery? 
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
