1.Your company is a transactional company or an industrial manufacture factory?
-We are an industrial manufacture factory which located in Shangyu city.
2.Can we do print on the bottle?
-Yes. We can print according to your request details. We will provide printing area for each product, you could design the artwork according to that. Or we could help to make it as your request.
3.What should we provide if we want to do silking screen printing?
-Please provide AI, CDR vector graphics format to us.
4.What surface finish are available?
-Spray Painting, UV Coating, Frosted finish and so forth
5.Can we get your free samples?
-Yes,you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
6.Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
-Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
7.What about the normal lead time?
-A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 10--15 work days after we receive your payment.
B. For OEM products, the delivery time is 35--40 work days after receive your despoit and approval the sample.
8.What types of payment terms do you accept?
-Normally , the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% deposit , 70% against B/L copy) and irrevocable L/C at sight.
9.How do you control the quality?
-We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
10.What is your shipping way?
-We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air, or by express, etc.
11.How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
-When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as model No., product size,and tube length, color, order quantity. We will send you quota with complete details soon.
12.Can you custom the product?
-Yes, we can design bottle or we can make new mould according to your sample.
